Production and Operations area is the transformation about production and operational inputs into "outputs" that, When distributed, meet the needs of customers. in our case by presenting a personal care service, we need to consider what activities we will do to meet our customers so that we will have to develop certain skills to cover this area.
Customer
For our organization is essential to know what the needs of our customers, so personalized concept we take it so seriously, because we like not only to know what are the needs of our client, but we get into their lifestyles to determine which are actually the factors that are influencing their daily lives and what prevents they not carry a healthy lifestyle, for this we have two experts responsible in the area of health, which carry out monitoring of the client and they shall ensure that from start to finish your experience is satisfactory.
Workforce
For meet the expectations of our clients we have a series of 8 workers who would be responsible for carrying out the respective activities of: directing the organization and employees, to make the respective training to customers, giving a nutritional monitoring, create links with other clients, ensuring good logistics, carry out a record of accounts, among others and getting involved in external factors, thus ensuring good service.
Processes
To carry out our activities and to ensure a good service we have an excellent communication with our customers; so first we make an inquiry to our customer, so we know what are their habits, both physical, such as food, we make a detailed investigation to find out what are the problema factors, secondly we take this data and turn them into our work , gather all the information to start acting immediately with the client, delivering routines and diets by our experts, while these activities are done, as there followed for the provision of the service, to see if this taking effect or there is actually to implement another methodology, in the end we need to ensure customer satisfaction and also look like continuous improvement through innovation.
Inventory
Our inventory is easy to distribute as our main resource is human, we conducted activities with own strength and human will, highlighting specific our customized training and ours, as well as active dietary system that can handle are merely questions of stationery to carry our particular files.
