The swot stands for (strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities, and thrats). This tool help us to determine different strategies according to our previous external and internal audit. The process consist on match each internal variable with and external one. The purpose is to trasnform our internat weakness into a strenght, and by avoiding the possible threats and take advantage of it and create a great opportunity.
