Marketing is a very important process that every organization should keep in mind and apply it. This process defines, anticipates, creates, and fulfills customer needs and wants for products and services.

 

CONSUMER ANALYSIS

We made a survey directed towards college students (our target) to define our customer profile. 112 people answered our survey, which made it easier to profile our ideal customer.  Our ideal customer is women between the ages of 16 to 20 that live in Bogotá, and are college students. Additionally, they do not work besides studying; have a monthly income between $300000 and $700000 COP, they seek to have a healthy lifestyle, but only realize sports 1 to 2 times per week. Also, they do not go to a sports facility even though they have easy access to them; they do not follow any kind of diet and are familiar with gyms, particular classes and personalized training.

 

SELLING PRODUCTS/SERVICES

Considering Healthy Style is new in the industry, we will need as much promotion as possible. Starting with asking to college students, which are clients of Healthy Style, if they would like to help us promote us (the payment of this would be a discount in whichever the service they are paying for). This with the aim of getting to know us in the college community.

We also will be promoting us through social media pages: Instagram and Facebook. This with the purpose of getting closer to our clients and communicate better with them.

Product and service planning

Healthy Style offers a service to help with the improvement of college students’ health and body fitness by providing a service of counseling and motivation of eating better and exercise your body. The customers will be attracted to use our services because following our customer analysis; our ideal customer would want to have a healthier life. Healthy Style services distinguish themselves among their competitors because we have a personalized service and our clients can tailor some of our products to adjust them to their needs. 

Healthy Style wants be the most recognizable company in the college community of Bogotá for health and sports counseling, and wants to be the customer’s first choice positioning the brand when choosing this services.

Healthy Style services were tailored in three different packages for customers to choose. Our service will have special discounts in peak seasons for customers that bring new clients, have a lot of time using our services, or want to help us with advertising our services through the student community.

 

Warranties

Healthy Style guarantees to their clients a visible progress on improving their health and bodies, regardless of the service they choose.

If the customer is not happy with the procedures or the results, it can either a) change of plan with a discount or b) we will return the last three payments the customer did.

 

PRICING

Here is a list of the services we offer, the description, the payment frequency and the price. Each service includes a medical valuation. The price includes a weekly meeting with the trainer the day of preference of the client.

Additionally, we offer a virtual platform (or app) where the clients will have a user, password and a profile to make it easier to have contact with its trainer. This profile will have information about the client’s health, and each client will have to show its trainer (via video or photo) that it is following the program he/she hired, otherwise the client will have to pay a fee.

DISTRIBUTION

Our office will be located in Rincón del Chicó in the 100th street #15. In the office our customers will have their medical valuation, and a weekly meeting with their trainer (this with the aim of letting our customers know if the service they chose is really working on them or not).
