Strategic Position & Action Evaluation Matrix
The SPACE Matrix indicates whether aggressive, conservative, defensive, or competitive strategies are most appropiate for a given organization. It is composed by four quadrants and each of those ranges form 1 to 7.
We concluded that Healthy Style should pursue strategies such as backward, forward, horizontal integration; market penetration, market development and product development.
We decided to focus on market development but in a time of four years, we are a small company and we are barely starting, we are new to the market, so we can't pursue other strategies that could augment our costs or be the inappropiate one for the kiand of target we are attacking or the kind of service we are giving.
