  • cooperation Among competitors: our business is in an industry with a high margin of competition, since the current market for health care is increasing, this means that from the big gyms even idividuales coaches are competition for us, our idea is to start expanding our business with those idividuales joining coaches and gyms in the future to get twice as margin all organizational aspects.

 

  • Joint Venture /Partnering: in the beginning we will not have any joint venture or partnering with any other company different than the informal trainers that we are going to possibly hire.

 

  • Merger / Acquisition: in a future the organization may raise the idea of joining with a business of the same size in order to generate increased expectations of gets  higher profits, but at the beginning we will not consider this option.

 

  • Private-Equity Acquisitions: this way of achieving strategies will not be used by us since we don’t have stocks in the market since we are new and very small in the industry and in the general market.

 

  • First Mover Advantages: Because we are a service that constantly seeks innovation can cover this strategy in the current market there is such a personalized service and customer focused as ours, besides the product we offer can be seen in many ways but not with the quality of service we offer.

 

  • outsourcing: we do not count at all with the outsourcing, our service offers various products and services provided by different health professionals in our case is the nutritionist and trainer but they are internal employees , but we count with a financial system outsourcing.
