Tracking Database
For this area, as we are beginning the process to begin our company, we will develop some objectives to be completed by our manager, by that we mean that the manager is on charge of being technologically capable to take control over the data base in the way it works and how is being used, also should be in charge of the maintain and upload of the data base.
The data base must contain every customer’s information and dates for trainings and assessments, the secretary will have access to this data base (but only necessary information such as mobile phone and the next appointment) to keep contact with the customer and remember them when to come to the next assessment.
Also we need to have in mind that the data base is going to be the base for us to start developing new plans and nutrition programs to satisfy our customers and give them what they really expect.
